Diverse testing
The testing industry is more complex than ever. Given the ever-changing progression in the software industry through digitalization and industry 4.0, this is only a logical consequence. It is no surprise, then, that „Diverse Testing” was chosen to be the overarching topic at the ASQF Testing Day NRW in Düsseldorf on April 10, 2019 and we are invited to be one of the experts on stage to share our expertise in crowd- and cloud-based testing.
The future of software testing – so many questions
What impact do advancements in the testing industry have on the development of testing teams? What challenges will professionals working in the testingfield have to face? What characteristics will be needed and/or desired from testers of the future? To what extent will testing be automated? How can career changers be beneficial for cross-functional testing teams? Why is the establishment of an agile communication approach crucial for tackling new evolving challenges that come with the diversified testing scene? These are just a few questions that will be discussed by the four industry experts speaking at the conference next Wednesday.
Crowdtesting as one of the answers
David Lukéle, Senior Project Manager QA at Testbirds, will be joining the round of presenters as a veteran speaker, as he has previously presented at an ASQF event. This time, he will discuss the extensive advantages of using Crowdtesting and the Device Cloud, plus its synergetic effects, when testing in the current ever-expanding device landscape. By means of two practical use cases, he will share some lessons learned and demonstrate the different types of Crowdtesting – Quality Assurance and Usability – as well as dive deep into Regression Testing and SaaS-solutions.
