Step 1: Register to our Nest which takes approximately one minute.
Step 2: Next, you need to buy BirdCoins. This is essential because BirdCoins are the currency you will use when booking one of our services. BirdCoins enable you to personalise your testing process. They are used to buy your required test(s) and the number of testers you need as well as each service level and test type, which vary in amount of BirdCoins needed.
Step 3: To begin the crowdtesting process, click on the Start Crowdtest tab, or select “start crowdtest” on the crowdtesting panel. After that, select a crowdtesting service from our portfolio including Quality Assurance (QA), User Experience (UX) and our own Testbirds Exclusives (TE). Each link has a description of the service as well as a breakdown of how the tests are set up and carried out based on the specifications of each service level. Don’t be surprised, not all service levels are available for every test type.
Step 4: When you have chosen the service and the service level Self Service click on “start” for a new crowdtest. Now, you will be directed to a page where you can set up your test. And you can define the conditions and parameters of your test, give access data to testers, upload files and any other information that is necessary to carry out the test.
Step 5: If you chose the Self Service you will get the test results directly from your testers.That’s basically it! So, to sum it all up: you can be independent and manage your testing without any support. That means you can immediately start testing after having finished reading this article.
