MSG & Testbirds: Crowdtesting MeetUp

Our colleague Andrew Clayton will speak about our core competency: testing digital products with real users.
He’ll show you how Crowdtesting can be used on a professional basis and what potential can be leveraged through Crowdtesting.

Stefan Jobst of msg will talk about Crowdtesting@Work and how msg tested a chatbot used on their career portal. After internal testing by their developers, they tested the chatbot with a public crowd. He will present results and explain how Crowdtesting works in practice.
