Testbirds: How is it like to be part of the international team? 

It’s great. I would say that we really are an international team of people from all different cultures which makes life at Testbirds so much more fun. Even though often we are across borders, we try to see each other as much as possible. We’ve got a great bunch of people here.

Testbirds: What happens in Sales?  

What doesn’t happen? Every day is so different and it’s honestly one of the reasons I love Testbirds. One day I’ll be speaking about a global release of a product and the QA testing we need there, and the next I’m discussing in-depth research pieces that we need to deliver based on client goals.

We’re constantly trying to listen to our clients to see what they specifically need in the market and what they need from a testing and research provider.

Instead of providing a one-size-fits-all solution, we do all we can to consult our clients and deliver quality service to drive their growth. That’s why I love it.

Testbirds: What’s the most exciting and/or challenging thing about your current role? 

After much uncertainty in the UK over the last few years, I have the complete joy of building up our business here. I’m proud to be helping to create jobs in my homeland too.

Most importantly though, it’s guiding the growth to deliver the best to our customers here in the UK and I can’t wait to show what we have to offer. Not so much a challenge but a happy problem 😊

Testbirds: Why should ambitious talents join Testbirds and particularly within your team / the international team? 

We want to hire the right people to focus on delivering quality to our clients from both a sales and project management perspective.

If you’re after a challenging but rewarding role, then Testbirds is the place. We are very lucky to work with a broad variety of clients all over the world.

If you like working in a consultative manner and actually seeing some really amazing real-world applications to our services, then here’s the place.

My highlight was being in the same country where one of my clients went live. All the behind-the-scenes testing was done by Testbirds, so it was really cool to see how we actually helped them release there.

Testbirds: Any tips for potential new joiners to your team? 

Just be open to learning new things. We don’t expect people to know about crowdtesting, it’s not that huge an industry… yet.

But if you bring an open mind and a can-do attitude, you’re going to succeed. That and biscuits, bring in biscuits and you can do no wrong.

Testbirds: What’s the best thing about working in London? 

Oh well that’s easy. It’s London isn’t it!

I’ve been lucky to travel to quite a few different cities and don’t get me wrong, I’m hugely bias but there’s so much to do here, you’ll never be bored.
