After we launched our new Nest back in April, it was now time to refresh our website. The reason for the new website was as simple as this, we wanted to make it clear to our clients what we do, and what better way is there than to make our website structured. We took a new approach to modify our website, so it stands out and is clear to our clients and testers. If you look at the new website, it has a clear structure as to what we do, who we are and what we have to offer. We had a lot of changes in the last months and our old website did not reflect that in an appropriate way. Hence we needed a new one for our extended services, e.g. BirdFlight, Self-Service and Bring-Your-Own-Crowd. It was about time to incorporate everything in a more systematic way into our website, which is the first impression of us to our clients. The modern design underlines our innovative capacity. The homepage begins with a video explaining Testbirds. Then it follows on with our services, what we do to help you. And we have made sure that if we awake the potential clients’ interest, that he can learn more about us and also has an opportunity to contact us and have a WebEx.The new website also allows us to show our extended portfolio. The service level begins with BirdFlight. BirdFlight is a free solution for distributing iOS and Android apps to testers, which includes SDK: crash reports for Android devices and iOS is coming soon, too. Then we move onto Self-Service, where our clients benefit from the complete access to our crowd. They can select testers, devices and platforms and design, run and compile their own tests. The bonus option is the Bring-Your-Own-Crowd option, where they can bring in their own employees or customers for enterprise testing. Now we move onto our managed services. This includes the hiring of a Testbirds project manager (PM) to support the client through the entire testing process. The PM helps the client to devise the testing questions, define the criteria and analyse testing data. The PM also evaluates the results of the test outcome and writes a final report with specific recommendations for improvement. Again the BYOC option is available for enterprise testing. We also clarify how our clients can benefit from us and why they should choose us. Facts and figures of our crowd and devices are obviously included. And the Testbirds process is very transparent and easy to understand. We have included client reviews and examples to make it even clearer to see how it works. The Testbirds team is really proud of what we have achieved since we started. And a big thank you to our developers who have been working day and night to bring our new website live.
