Hi, I’m Stefano. In Sales we bring Testbirds crowdtesting services to our clients and try to establish a long-term, cooperative partnership at eye-level with them.
Fun Fact: As I speak both Spanish and Italian fluently, I’m in charge of Southern Europe and the Nordics, yes try and figure that one out.
Consulting our clients
Working in our Sales team is a mixture of business development and account management. The first thing you do is identify which needs or challenges a customer is facing. It’s important to comprehend their challenges and find a solution for them by drawing up an individual proposal. Once the deal is closed, we need to manage collaboration between internal stakeholders, including a clear handover to the project management team. Then the account management starts! Growing the client and turning them into satisfied customers by building a relationship, consulting them, and expanding into new departments is key to our success.
What makes our work so exciting is that we work with a lot of diverse clients from many different industries worldwide and constantly learn a lot about their new innovative digital products and strategies.
