One of Tessa’s special interests is human-machine interaction and the many challenges that arise with the continuous emergence and evolution of AI-technology. As a project manager for both QA and UX at Testbirds, she has become a specialist in projects regarding the training of conversational AI via crowdsourcing.
Her interest in the field goes way back: In 2013, she wrote her master’s thesis at the University of Mannheim about past and present cultural implications of the growing influence of technology and artificial intelligence in modern society. Today, she looks back on 4+ years of working experience as a project manager in the IT field.

Sascha Wolter is a professional developer and user experience enthusiast. His true passion is to improve the human-computer interaction: He loves to build conversational and multimodal experiences with text (chatbots) and voice (aka Alexa). Currently he is board member of the Usability & User Experience working group at the federal association BITKOM. Furthermore, he is Google Developer Expert for IoT/Assistant (GDE) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP).
Before he joined the Conversational AI Platform Company Cognigy as Senior UX Consultant and Principal Technology Evangelist, he worked in similar roles at Deutsche Telekom and for Alexa at Amazon.
UX Researcher, Testbirds
Judith is in the role as UX researcher passionate about humanising technology. She gained 6+ years of UX research, UX design and visual design experience at corporates, agencies and start-ups.
Presently, she helps global clients to improve their B2B and B2C products and services by gathering user insights and translating them into actionable recommendations. She uses moderated and unmoderated, remote and in-person research methods like usability testing, in-depth interviews, heuristic evaluations, surveys, and card sorting.
Chatbots and voice assistants started to attract her interest when she did her master’s dissertation in London about voice assistants.
