Project Management

Hi, I’m David. As project managers, we work with our clients and testers to run awesome testing projects all over the world that help our clients improve their digital products.

What happens in Project Management?

Running our clients' projects

There’s no such thing as a “typical” work day in project management 😊 We have regular meetings such as a weekly kickoff or a monthly meeting together with our colleagues from crowd management, but other than that it all depends on which projects you’re working on. You can think of it as a mix of client and tester communication, creating test concepts, and analyzing results, as well as internal activities like knowledge sharing or personal development. To summarize, we take care of everything from start to finish in a testing project.

Our team is a mix of generalists, as well as experts in both QA and UX/usability and there are three sub-teams within Project Management (two in Munich and one in Amsterdam). Of course, we had to give each one a bird name: Kingfisher, Cardinal, and Chachalaca.

Fun fact: There are many nicknames flying around in the PM team. So don’t be surprised if one of the first questions you get is what your childhood nickname was 😉
