After two years, the International Broadcasting Convention is returning with its 2022 edition at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, and we are looking forward to meeting everyone from the media and broadcasting industry from 9 to 12 September 2022.
With four days jam-packed with panel discussions, presentations, keynotes, talks, and demos, IBC2022 will certainly provide much critical insights and learnings into the upcoming trends and exciting future of media, broadcasting, TV, entertainment, and technology.
As visitors from over 150 countries across the fields of broadcast, media distribution, telecom, and mobile converge in Amsterdam, IBC2022 represents an invaluable opportunity to connect and re-connect with both the key players and newer entrants to the IBC community.
What’s coming up at IBC2022
Amid the myriad of events at IBC2022 are five main highlights, namely the IBC Conference, Changemaker Programme, Innovation Stage, Showcase Theatre, and Content Everywhere.
In the Forum and hall E102, the IBC Conference will provide critical insights into the biggest challenges and issues in the media and broadcasting industry today.
Halls 12 and 2 will host the Showcase Theatre and Innovation Stage respectively. The Showcase Theatre will share the latest insights into the transformational technologies of this industry, with key sessions from the likes of Amazon Web Services (whole of 10 September), Accenture (afternoon of 9 September), and Google (9 and 11 September). The Innovation Stage runs across all four days and will feature the Accelerator Innovation Programme, as well as various tech and exhibitor innovation sessions.
Also held across all four days is Content Everywhere in hall 5, showcasing “the very latest emerging technologies for multi-platform delivery, OTT and the monetization of content”. Content Everywhere is made up of insightful sessions as well as eager exhibitors all focused on streaming media and video. And this includes Testbirds!
Making our debut at IBC2022
We’ll be exhibiting at IBC2022 for the very first time, and we’re excited to be amongst various innovative companies hailing from all over the world in the fields of adtech, streaming media, over-the-top (OTT) app technology, and smart TVs, with the likes of Comcast Technology Solutions from the States, Chinese smart hardware company SEI Robotics, and Telstra from Down Under.
