I’ve had my share of phones over the years. Three of those actually were Nokia’s. Remember the good old days when Nokia used to be the #1 mobile phone manufacturer in the world? From Y2K on, those things had some pretty sweet features:
- Custom design (interchangeable front and back covers);
- Screen saver;
- Multiphonic ringtones (bleep bloop bleep);
- Standby time of 260 hours;
- Vibrating alerts;
- Apps (Reminders, Calculator, Messages);
- Games
And the most popular Nokia game of them all, of course, was Snake (II). I’ve never had the patience to finish the game completely. So, for this Flashback Friday, let’s watch this clip of someone who makes it to the last dot. (Oh, but you might want to mute the audio.) Does anybody know what the snake is eating by the way?
That was pretty satisfying to watch, right? If you can’t wait to play Snake II yourself right now, but don’t have access to a Nokia 3310, try this website right here.
Happy Friday!
