Testbirds wins Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award

by | Nov 29, 2018 | News, Testing Reality, Usability | 0 comments

We are proud to call ourselves winners of the Technology Fast 50 Award by Deloitte, as one of the fastest growing Tech-Scale-Ups! We already knew that our growth was outstandingly fast and once again, we’ve received confirmation of this. This means we are amongst the top 50 fastest growing companies in Germany in 2018.

Over the past years, we’ve grown with respect to personnel, revenue and testers and have won several other awards like the German Innovation Prize (Deutscher Innovationspreis) 2017. Winning prizes means gaining publicity and importance, which led to the ability to grow both regarding employees and revenue. Our growth was acknowledged, not only by Deloitte, but also by the Financial Times, honoring us as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe this year. This is due, in no small part, to a very fast development in terms of testers. Having 100,000 testers at the end of 2015, we can now provide a crowd of more than 300,000 testers – only three years later!

Proof of great work and innovative spirit

Both our growth and the award are proof of the great work we do every day, and rewards the passion and effort we put into striving for reliable innovation. It supports us in realizing our vision of becoming the world’s leading company for innovative testing services.

Dr. Andreas Gentner, Partner and Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications EMEA at Deloitte, appreciates the entrepreneur’s will to pursue their vision saying: “With the Fast 50 Award, we want to appreciate the outstanding entrepreneurial spirit for Germany as a center for technology.” Following the slogan “Real users. Real devices. Real time.”, Testbirds is constantly improving and extending its service portfolio and thereby also follows Deloitte’s maxim of “Making an impact that matters”.

Deloitte Fast 50 Award makes this year even more successful

The award makes 2018 an even better year for Testbirds which, having already received €7 million in new funding earlier this year, shows that people believe in our concept and vision, and strengthens us in our daily work.

Digital products are an integral part of people’s lives nowadays – some simply can’t do without their smartphones and apps anymore. This poses a huge challenge for software developers and is where Testbirds comes into play. We help companies provide seamless digital solutions that actually work. Since testing is a weak spot for many companies, Testbirds supports them in this regard. More devices, more software and more digital services need to be tested if enterprises want to take a leading position in their business areas. More testing is a huge opportunity for Testbirds, that has led to our growth thus far and will continue to do so in the future.

How we ensure future growth

Given these facts, we are optimistic that this growth will progress over the next couple of years as we continuously develop our approach to testing new technology. From digital products such as Internet of Things devices or Artificial Intelligence solutions like chatbots, making technology innovative and useful is an important topic to tackle for most companies.

For Testbirds, growth is essential to be able to serve more clients and help them in improving their products by Testing Reality, with the help of Real Users, Real Devices, in Real Time.

In light of the above, we are more than happy and very thankful to win the Deloitte Technology Fast 50-Award 2018.
